"Grand Indictment of the Chicago Seven"
The primary source I choose was the Grand Indictment of the Chicago Seven. The Grand Indictment was basically an overview of all the individual charges being brought up each Yippie leader. The Yippie leaders were being charged with conspiracy charges and incitement to riot. The Chicago seven was Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, Bobby Seale, Thomas Hayden, Rennard Davis, Lee Weiner, and John Froines. All seven were convicted of incitement but found not guilty on the conspiracy charges. All of the charges were later overturned by the court of appeals and the retrial took place in 1972.

Evaluation
Jerry Rubin was a major part of the student activist movement in late 1960's. His leadership qualities helped him move the masses and people listened to him, even if sometimes he moved them towards violence, they still followed him. He was major contributor to the Youth Movement Party and without him they wouldn't have gotten to as many people as they did. He should be looked at as a revolutionary and not as a criminal. He was standing up for what he believed in.
